THRILLING START FOR VEGAS; ANOTHER 5-SET LOSS FOR OMAHA

In their opening match of the season, the Vegas Thrill outlasted the Omaha Supernovas in a hard-fought five-set battle at Omaha’s CHI Health Center, marking the second 5-set home loss of the year for the Supernovas.

Again, the state of Nebraska showed out for a healthy 9,000+ in attendance on a weeknight. The Thrill showcased a stellar defensive performance led by Kylie Murr, who delivered an elite effort with 28 digs.

Offensively, Molly McCage and Hannah Maddux took center stage for Vegas, with McCage notching 14 kills, while Maddux added 18 kills to the mix. McCage also led all blockers with 8 on the night.

Vegas joins Grand Rapids and Atlanta as the only undefeated teams in the Pro Volleyball Federation.
